I have a crack in the exterior of my foundation that I was a bit concerned about so I reached out via the website. Kevin asked me to dig down 18 inches and send some photos. Despite it being a long weekend, he came by to have a look and shared what he would do personally if it were his foundation. Great service, and about as honest of a guy as you will ever deal with. Should it ever become a problem, I won't hesitate to reach out.Highly recommended to get an honest opinion and work done right first time. Took his time to fully explain the issue and my options. Kevin and Steve were quick to respond and really are straight up guys who aren't out there gouging their customers...I thought I might need some other things done besides a drainage system, but they were honest and explained why the extra work was not necessary. Working through some FREEZING temperatures and travelling quite a distance, they still showed up with smiles and some friendly, entertaining banter between them daily... Definitely some laughs had lol One day my 9 year old son offered to help (he likes to do hard work with the men lol)...well, Kevin put him to "work" and then actually PAID him at the end of the day (a more than fair wage I might add). This was going above and beyond...my son was so proud of himself, and that is priceless! It was an absolute pleasure having Max Waterproofing Solutions working in my home and I would have them back in a heartbeat if ever a problem arises... After a very, very horrible experience undergoing major renovations on my home, I discovered a crack in my less than 2-year old foundation. To say that I panicked is almost an understatement. I called Max's Waterproofing to come take a look. First 5-star - They answered my call. Second 5-star - Steve and Kevin came to look the very next morning. Third 5-star - They explained these types of cracks are normal, and I have proper sloping of my driveway so the water is immediately going away from foundation. I am safe, and can patch that crack with some concrete DAP. I also have a relatively large crack in the basement floor, which they also confirmed is normal and can be patched for asthetics. Fourth 5-star - Even though they didnt need to book a job through my home, they were honest and helped me with my situation. Without trying to make money off of me. They even inspected the rest of my property and discovered a second crack on the other side, which I will also patch. I learned a lot today, and have a huge stress off my shoulders. I hope I never suffer severe foundation issues, but if ever I do, there's only one place I'll call. I cannot thank you enough, Steve and Kevin.+0
